Emergency and out-of-hours response controls
Where Shinezone offers urgent or out-of-hours service, it operates controlled call receipt, triage, allocation, dispatch, welfare monitoring, arrival recording and escalation.

Triage
Requests are classified as immediate danger, controlled emergency scene, sharps, bodily fluids, unknown substance, slip hazard, security issue or standard urgent clean. Shinezone does not enter an uncontrolled emergency scene without appropriate authority.
Allocation and timeline
- Competent team
- Minimum team size
- Vehicle and backup resource
- PPE, sharps kit, spill kit and waste containers
- Communication and welfare checks
- Record call received, triage, allocation, dispatch, arrival, start, completion, client notification, recall and rectification
Contingency
Use backup team, alternate vehicle, reserve equipment, approved specialist support and honest early warning where a target is at risk. Never publish two-hour claims unless verified.
