Competence verification and refreshers
Use knowledge checks, practical demonstration, supervised work, observation, competent-person sign-off and restrictions until approved.
Refreshers are triggered by expiry, incident, failed observation, new equipment or product, procedure change, long absence, new environment or supervisor concern.

Show role-to-module requirements, not staff names, dates of birth, DBS details or personal records.
